President
Kim Harrison started with Creative Management Services (CMS) in 2000 as an operations analyst and has served as president since 2007, succeeding Joe Incognito. From the time she began with CMS, Kim has been an innovator and her visionary ideas have helped the firm achieve consistent growth.
When she became president, Kim's focus was on establishing the firm’s mission statement to communicate CMS' commitment to delivering excellence to clients and potential clients. Her innovative nature also led her to pursue certification as a Litigation Support Professional (CLSP) and take CMS to the next level by defining an Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) and Litigation Support service offering for both the firm's legal and corporate clients. This strategy took CMS to the next level and allowed the company to deliver increased financial benefits to our clients, positioning us as a premiere consultancy on cost recovery decisions, document routing and scanning solutions, print migration strategies and on-site litigation support services. Kim's previous experience was with Neopost and Xerox Business Services.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Texas State University.
Joe Incognito
Founder
Joe Incognito founded CMS in 1997, after 25 years of experience as a vendor in both legal and corporate support services outsourcing. He is recognized internationally as an expert in all aspects of support service re-engineering and outsourcing and has published 60 articles on outsourcing and process re-engineering the enterprise.
Joe is nationally recognized for his contribution to the mail industry with the development of the Mail Center Threat Assessment program, as well as an end-to-end digital mail solution. Clients including the United Nations, FBI, American Express, International Monetary Fund, Morgan Stanley, American Electric Power and Alliance Bernstein have depended on CMS for their Mail Center Threat Assessment programs to ensure their employees receive safe mail. Joe shares his extensive industry experience as a prominent keynote speaker at national conferences, including:
